For ten years I've used diet instead of chemotherapy to reverse my own disabling disease. My internationally recognized books, TV documentary, lectures, and consultations combine this unique knowledge with twenty two years as a Registered Dietitian to simplify nutrition and practice of a healing diet for others.
Even if the perfect diet exists, it's useless if it's not independently sustainable. And perfect compliance is rarely necessary for remarkable results. My work emphasizes convenience and how to practice flexible, evidence-based principles anywhere. I make no claim to cures. But clients around the world have experienced significant improvement from autoimmune and inflammatory diseases, allergies, diabetes, arthritis, asthma, pain and headaches, heart disease, psoriasis and eczema, skin disease, ADD/ADHD, digestive disorders and GERD, thyroid disorders, anxiety. Health, not weight, is the focus but clients have lost up to ninety pounds. For good reason I sell no product lines, no packages, no diagnostic tests.
Everything I do is a consequence of the perspective and responsibility gained from years of dietetic experience in supervised hospitals and research facilities which serve those most ill. My goal is to optimize your health through practical food and relevant expertise. This is done within the public safety and accountability of my Registered Dietitian license, the only nutrition therapy license qualified for patient care in accredited U.S. hospitals.
